I have come to realize that being a "jack of trades" usually creates more problems
than it's worth. I provide simple but important services for property appearance/upkeep such as : #1 Common Area janitorial(trash removal,clean-up) esthetic issues.
#2 Tenant space maintenance : plumbing,lighting,locks,climate control issues,ect..
#3 vendor supervision of repairs or upgrades to property/building.
#4 Indoor/outdoor common area lighting .
